Walter Icaza

Walter Icaza graduated from the University of Centra Florida with a Master Degree in Finance. He started his career in the financial services industry in 2006 with JP Morgan Chase where he spent 10 years as an Investment Banker. In 2016, he decide to join AIL as he saw the opportunity to build his own business and achieve financial freedom.

During the first four year of his career with the company Walter became the top MGA, and RGA in his respective categories and created the fastest team to reach 5 million in production in company history. He is currently the CEO and Founder of Icaza Organization and has never been more excited to help others live opportunity unlimited, and achieve financial freedom.
